In this video, we’re going to talk about how you can tell the difference between slow weight loss and not losing weight at all.

There’s a big difference between not losing any weight and losing weight slowly—and the actions you need to take for each will be entirely different.

If you’re not experiencing any weight loss, you have to make a big change. There’s something affecting your weight loss, and it could be related to your thyroid, adrenals, kidneys, and other parts of your body. To figure out what’s behind this issue, you have to dig deeper and do some testing.

If you are experiencing some weight loss, you don’t want to make any huge changes. Instead, you want to strengthen your successful weight loss efforts.

Start by looking at the quality and quantity of your foods. Make sure you’re having moderate amounts of protein, plenty of healthy fats (avoid vegetable oils!), and very low amounts of carbohydrates and sugars (only get your carbs from low-carb vegetables).

Avoid snacking. You should only eat 1-3 times a day. Intermittent fasting is a fantastic way to support a healthy body and avoid insulin spikes that block weight loss.

Problems with your sleep, digestion, or mensural cycle may also slow down weight loss.

    People they got the stuff that's called leppo and that stuff you to mix it with milk or with water and you can mixed it with your fruits and I'm telling you it's a good way drink when you're working out it does not have no sugar in it but he has all the vitamins if you use all the fruits I drink that leppo everyday and I eat 6 meals a day in between I eat vegetables

    Yes, I didn’t think I was losing at all after 2 weeks, but the jeans that couldn’t zip now will, and the weight seems to be coming off in different places than I expected or have previously seen.

    Just can't find a homemade salad dressing that I like as well as Good Seasons Italian. I make it myself from the dry packet of powder, using ACV and olive oil instead of soybean/canola, but it has a small amount of maltodextrin that I believe is preventing deep ketosis. Prepared dressing is only 1 carb per 2 tbsp prepared dressing, but with such a large salad, it adds up quickly. Only getting to "moderate" ketosis on test strips. Is that little amount of maltodextrin enough to thwart deep ketosis despite the low carb count per serving? The 1 gram here, 1 gram there is killing me!! Along with figuring out how much fat I can eat without burning dietary instead of body fat. Not eating keto bombs, drink 0 carb "Zinger" teas when burst of flavor/treat is needed. Down 19 lbs in 6 weeks (about 12 lbs of that I think is initial waterweight loss). Extremely insulin resistant, tolerating only about 20-30 grams of carbs per day best I can determine. Intermittent fasting 20 hrs per day, 1 or 2 meals/day in 4-hour eating window depending on hunger/energy.

    I always was skinny and healthy and did not get fat no matter what I ate UNTIL, I was forced onto full doses of both Aropax 40 and then Epilem together. Whoah I got so big. I knew I did NOT need them. I eventually weaned myself off them and then as if my body was detoxing from that crap, I couldn’t keep any food or liquids down and high fevers and I was bring up lots of bile. I ended up in hospital weeks later and put on a drip and was better and I lost most the weight but still had some excess skin and bigger breasts. I began to accept and love my body again eventhough I did not have my original body back. I also got my natural metabolism back and again didn’t put on weight no matter what I ate. THEN a Naturopath put me on Candida killing capsules Medi Herb Bacto Cand Gi. They worked for the Candida but now my tummy is bloated and I look pregnant and I can’t stop putting on weight all over my body and nothing I do helps and I stopped those capsules many years ago. I also have hot flashes so my GP says that Menopause is also making it hard to lose weight no matter what I do it eat.

    Ive been fasting for months and my weightloss has been very slow. I dont have a gallbladder and fatty liver would you recommend me doing omad? Or just keep at the two small meals 3-5 oz of protein low carb lots of veg ..

    Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice now. Look for a popular diet plan program called Okibetonic Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I've lost crazy amounts of weight. I should not even be speaking about it cause I don't want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I'm just simply in a excellent mood right now and so I'll share the wealth lol.

    So what about premiere Pro Tien shakes in a box? They are high-protein low-carb low sugar with 3 g of fat, is this causing my insulin to spike? If I added MCT oil to my shake with that make It acceptable
