Ok, to make this Low Carb, Keto Friendly Protein Bars, you’re going to need:

4-5 Tbsp of Psyllium Husk Powder
3-4 Tbsp of 100% Cacao Nibs (unsweetened)
3-4 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
4-6 Large Scoops of Protein Powder (any flavor, just make sure low carb, low sugar, lower fat and high in protein)
1 Cup of Mixed Nuts (your favorite kinds)
Shakes of Ground Cinnamon Powder
Unsweetened Almond Milk

* Just mix the dry ingredients first, then mix in the Almond Milk. Don’t add too much milk at first, just a little at a time until you get a nice “sludgy” smooth consistency.

After the mix is done, just pour into a pan, covered in non-stick aluminum or parchment paper.

Freeze for about 20-30 minutes, then take out to cut out the squares or rectangles of what you want your protein bars to be shaped with a simple butter knife. Then put it back in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.

When you’re ready to enjoy these delicious Low Carb, Keto-Friendly Protein Bars, just crack them at the lines that you cut out previously!

These are low in calories, low in carbs/sugar, lots of healthy protein and healthy fats from the nuts and chia seeds.

Carcinogens in heavy cream… Just get organic heavy cream.
