    When I put in my body fat % the calculator says 140g carbs which is very less for me . When I just use my body weight it’s shows 180g carbs which is enough for me . What should I do ?

    From a personal philosophy value, this is awesome watching you Mr. Kris become a high end serious pescetarian since the 80 day transformation which I did way back when, anyway we can get those videos back? I saw they are private. Im going to do this transformation though I think and seriously 100000 thank you over the past 10 years
