1 tablespoon xanthan gum.

Sifting the powder through a fine mesh strainer before adding water will ensure the best tasting butter.

If using a coffee machine that doesn’t have a fine mesh strainer insert, grind your fresh butter in the machine with the grinds already ground in.

Rinse the coffee machine well between coffee brews, this helps with coffee crema formation.

Make sure your butter is a solid block and not very liquidy so that you can form the same consistency as milk.

You can also substitute butter for coconut oil or regular butter.
