Hi, I’m Tammi! Do you want to lose weight in 2021? In this video I talk about how many calories you should eat to lose weight.

I am a 45-year-old mother of 9 and I have been eating ketogenically since January 1,st 2017. I lost 207 lbs on keto without surgery! My cutting Macros were 130g protein/ 20g net carbs / 70g fat and 1300 calories.Β  I am now reversing calories slowly to find my maintenance calorie level.Β

I love this girl so much good, sensible, effective methods. I'm currently stalled looking for strategy to lose 40# more. I started out at 245#. Size 20. 5' tall. I'm now 180#. Size 12. Still 5'. πŸ™‚ tried cutting carbs to zero, 24 he fasting…nothing helped until I reverse diet now for a period of time, then drop back to 1300/day. Hopfully….

This has helped me so much! I have been on a roller coaster ride for awhile with the weight loss. Losing so slow and then stopping losing weight for a year and just staying with the plan but couldn't figure out why I wasn't losing weight anymore. It's the very slow weight loss that has happened I think. I am going to try the 2 weeks low calorie then maintenance for 2 weeks. Here we go! Thanks again.

I first want to comment on how surprised I was that you responded to a question I had on a video you did a year ago! Thank you! I appreciate it.
I’m new to keto and have so many questions.. I’m binge watching your videos since I’ve found your channel.
The sole water or salt adding? Do you do this when you are not fasting? I’m not on a routine yet but came off a couple weeks with a 48hr fast.
Also in regards to counting and macros and such.. I’m so confused and hope I’ll get it as I go. I’m still not sure when I look at a label if something is low enough of a carb for me to eat.
I’ve purchased many keto snacks right from the get go, now I realize I should just stay away from them, at least till I get to my goal of 70 lbs lost.

Hi Tammy! Quick question I am female 50years old😊 I would like to loose my last 5 lbs. I think I use too many artificial sweeteners. Such as powder stevia. sugar free jello, sugar free skinny syrup for my coffee. So I'm cutting back on the sweeteners and increasing my protein. Wish me luck πŸ’œ My husband just bought an elliptical machine to exercise. I'm now using that each day!! Who knows maybe I'll lose more than 5lbs. Any suggestions?

Since you like to talk so much, and I don't mean that in a mean way….is there any way you can break down your videos according to time? What I mean is some youtubers will put the time they start talking about a particular thing in the notes. I lost 40 lbs in 6 months, but I've been stuck on a plateau for the last 6 and 40 to lose yet. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Still carb free and yet it seems protein/fat ratio is the problem, certainly not the calories consumed being below 1800 a day on average and many omads. By the way, this video confused the heck out of me. I hardly got anything talked about reverse diet here. What on earth is that? πŸ€”

Congrats on all the positive changes you've made. There must be something seriously wrong with me, because I really enjoy chicken breast, and I could eat it everyday! 🀣 Although most keto people told me I was doing it wrong with regard to protein I had to go with what my body said, and I was always hungry and didn't fell well if I didn't get enough protein.

I came off bargain basement calories because I was burned out. Thanks to you I started looking at Jordan Syatt and did his calorie deficit plan and it’s working. I feel better. It’s way slower but so much more easier on me.
