This keto berry smoothie is one of my favourite low carb keto smoothies, it’s low in carbs and high in antioxidants, and it will keep you full for a long time, as it contains protein, fat, and fiber. My keto berry smoothie recipe is great for breakfast.
Keto breakfast berry smoothie recipe:
3 handfuls of Spinach
1 teaspoon Haskap Berry powder
