Another keto recipe! Today I have a chocolate coconut bread for you all. This is a great sweet treat with none of the guilt! If you want to play around with this recipe feel free to, just remember that when you are working with coconut flour that you want about 6 eggs to every ½ a cup of flour that is used. This will give you the best consistency.

½ cup coconut flour
1 TBSP baking powder
¼ cup of coconut oil
¼ cup cacao/cocoa powder
20 grinds of vanilla whole vanilla bean (optional)
Shredded coconut flakes
Combine all ingredients except coconut flakes into a batter
Spread into a greased pan
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 20 minutes (checking in five minute increments until fully cooked, toothpick test)
