I really messed up my first batch i used 1.5 oz of cocoa powder instead of 1.5 teaspoon, oh well lesson learned. The next batch will be better, thanks for the recipe.

Ever thought of adding 9g of Psyllium husk powder to your recipe. It is 8g of carb and 7g of fiber giving to net carbs of 1g. It will help curb cravings and keep you feeling full longer. It has no flavour so it is great for any recipe.

I really dislike anything coconut. Is there anything I can substitute the coconut oil you use in your recipe? If not, is the coconut taste pronounced in this fat bomb?

I saw this video and thought I should make some. Unfortunately, I didn't have all of the ingredients so I skipped the Torani, Chocolate bar, and EZ Sweetz, and sunflower butter. I did add three packets of Splenda (all I had for sweetener), macadamia nuts, and unsweetened shredded coconut. They turned out really well! This is the kind of recipe that you can switch up so many ingredients so that you have some variety.

I do have one question. My cream cheese clumped up something fierce. Did anyone else have that problem? Any suggestions on how to NOT clump up my cream cheese? 🙂

I picked up that chocolate at Trader Joe's recently, only to realize that it uses maltitol for it's artificial sweetener. I'm afraid to use it due to the horror stories associated with it (i.e. sugar free gummy bears). 🙁 It' might turn a fat bomb into another type of bomb.

Don't even worry about ducking or not ducking the music, just ditch it altogether. The voiceover content is interesting enough. The music is completely distracting and cheesy.


Really like the recipe.  I think the audio ducking is pretty distracting with the music.  Maybe use a lav mic and a constant level on your music, EQ'd to sit beneath your voice.  I subbed, thumbs up'd and shared the vid.  Can't wait to see what you do next.

i just used this recipe. i have this awesome little ice tray that holds 21 dome shaped chocolates. these are intensely dark chocolate. love them. i dropped a piece of walnut in each one. my only complaint was the cream cheese was a little lumpy in the mix. i'm sure i can fix that when i'm not in such a hurry next time or just use more coconut oil instead of cream cheese.


I pour the fat-bomb mixture into two six-cup silicone muffin pans, freeze them, push out the frozen fat bombs, and turn the cups in the pan inside out to wash.  Easy peasy,
