Stainless Steel Shredder

Ingredients:
9” pie dish
1/2 onion chopped
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbs unsalted butter
9 to 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 slices bacon
5 large eggs
6 ounces shredded gruyere
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbs fresh chopped chives

Makes 8 servings
