The Keto Alfredo Chicken Bake Recipe
I love baked chicken! It’s such a versatile dish – a personal favourite is to serve it with a ruffled potato salad. I also really love to make other kinds of chicken bake as they are great as a light supper or breakfast dish.
Keto Alfredo Chicken Bake: Low Carb & Gluten Free – The Keto Version This keto version of chicken bake uses a cream based Alfredo sauce to be served over chicken and vegetables.
Since this is low carb and gluten free, the sauce can also be served with any side dishes you may have on hand. If not, you can always store the chicken in the fridge for a couple of days.
1/2 cup cream cheese (2oz)
1/2 cup low carb natural butter
(1/2 cup) 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp dijon mustard

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 chicken breasts (skinless)

1 whole egg (whisked)

To make the Alfredo sauce:
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Serve the chicken baked with Alfredo sauce and veggies. Enjoy!
Prepare the Chicken Start the day by making the tomato sauce. Here is the recipe for Keto Alfredo Sauce. Add the tomatos to the saucepan, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the water and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
3 clove of garlic
2 oz chicken stock
2 Tbsp butter
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
8 oz cottage cheese Sauce
To prepare the sauce, add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Cook the Chicken In a pan, add the butter, chicken, and herbs.
Sauté for around 5 minutes on a medium heat. Stir the sauce around, if necessary. Cook the veggies In a large frying pan, add some olive oil and cook the carrots, green beans, and broccoli for a few minutes.
When the veggies start to soften, remove the pan from the heat.
Low Carb Options for the Recipes
It’s a safe bet that cheese would be a cheat item in this recipe.
However, with a couple of swaps, you can bring the ingredients down to a possible 2 carbs per serving! Seasoning Salt/Garlic Pepper: Adding a few generous shakes of seasoning salt and a big slosh of garlic pepper will bring the sauce and the chicken up to a more manageable level.
(It will still taste good though.) Fresh Garlic: A quarter of a clove will leave you just 1 carb and will give you all the flavor you need without giving you any unwanted carbs. Reduced Fat Cream: If you have reduced fat cream cheese, that’s the way to go for a great portion controlled recipe.
